On Saturday October 15 2005 your rights were violated as American Citizens. I, as a Toledo taxpayer would like to apologize to you regarding the harassment you received when coming to our city to express your views and rights as Americans.
I cannot tell you how embarrassed I am as a taxpayer that you can here, TRIED to express how you felt regarding the racial issues here, and were basically kicked out.
Let me tell you that IF you had been an African American group rallying against "suppression of your race" you would have been welcomed and we as middle income whites would have been quiet, because if we even try, we are called racists. If they are "oppressed" it is because they choose to allow it. If I am poor and uneducated, it is because I chose that lifestyle.
I am a white middle income woman that works hard with three boys, one of which fought for our country, allowing us the right to choose our own destiny. We, as a family are not racist, nor do I agree that all blacks are bad folks, but what we saw on Saturday as a City of Toledo taxpayer and an American Citizen, made me realize that some of the blacks really are self destructive, and then will look for any excuse to get out of it. Blaming others for their issues, their choices, their lives.
I don't blame them, when I have to pay more, because they don't pay what they should. I don't get upset when I get disrespected by a black man, nor can't understand the way they speak. I really wanted to apologize, not because I share the same beliefs as you, but because you should have been allowed to come here and show your presence.
There is serious racial tension here, and YOU did not cause what happened. They just refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I am very sorry, and please do not think that the white citizens of Toledo hold you responsible in any way for the actions of others.
This is just a small sampling of the e-mails we have recieved today. Supportive E-mails also came in today from Finland, The Netherlands, France, Australia, New Zealand, England, nearly every State in the U.S., and even the nation of Sri Lanka (of all places), this went Worldwide.

The reaction of those savages demonstrates their idiocy, the fact that no brothers in arms were arrested and it was covered by the media drove home a bigger point than any words could. having served in the military the rioting is what you want yet in no way could ever fit into any battle plan. Even if you were not allowed to march, you set off a great wave of nigger violence that highlights the problem of niggers and non-white rabble! They played right into your hands, and this story has received National and even International attention! The only constructive criticism I would give is that next time, all rally participants should meet at a location far from the destination and arrive together on a rented bus, in taxi's, or some other way. That way, there won't be those that get lost in the shuffle by the lies of police, and threats by the opposition! All in all, I would say this event was a smashing success! #10. Congratulations, Toledo was a complete success. I live in Northern Virginia and I was watching the news this morning. The blacks sure showed their true colors, it was great. They weren’t t even rioting against you, it was against the police or just to riot.Also on the news, it showed a segment of Louis Farrakhan s speech at the million whatever movement that blacks, browns, and yellows should unite. The segment after that was talking about how violent the weekend was in DC with 4 murders. What a joke the capital has become. Talk shows are saying that immigration (both legal and illegal) will be an issue in the 2006 and 2008 elections. The tide is turning our way (about time). Even friends of mine who consider themselves liberal are getting sick of immigration in this country. Keep up the great work. It was perfect, non-violent and made the blacks look terrible in the press.
